The purpose of the ISO 22483:2020 standard is to provide a common reference model for hosting facilities and to ensure a quality service to customers by defining appropriate requirements and guidelines.<\/div>\n
This international standard defines the requirements of management systems dedicated to Tourism and hotel services (hotels, tourist networks, hostels).<\/div>\n

Our “e-Cert” organization emphasizes the importance of this standard, which provides a suitable framework for managers who must ensure the quality service that, regardless of class or category, the customer expects from a structure operating in this sector.<\/div>\n
In the current market, the entities involved face numerous challenges: to stand out from the competition, to understand the needs of the public and gain their trust, to ensure optimal performance of the services offered, because consumers always demand great transparency from those structures tourism and hospitality.<\/div>\n

ISO 22483 focuses on the evaluation of all services provided by the structures of the sector: \u2022 information and communication;<\/div>\n
\u2022 reservation;<\/div>\n
\u2022 registration and departure (checkin and checkout);<\/div>\n
\u2022 baggage management;<\/div>\n
\u2022 accommodation (rooms, furniture, equipment); \u2022 food (meal service, kitchen, room service);<\/div>\n
\u2022 additional services (customer service, spa, swimming pools, gyms, parking, etc.).<\/div>\n

Being certified with this standard for the businesses of this developing sector in Albania represents an opportunity for improvement, a way to evaluate the quality of services provided and ensure customer satisfaction, as well as an opportunity to identify potential issues that over time can become a competitive advantage.<\/div>\n
